Estoy más que encantado con la asombrosa calidad de la comida. La hospitalidad es más que buena y bien administrada. Debo decir también que el personal aquí es muy amable y servicial. Todo el restaurante está construido muy bien y de manera sofisticada. Georges y Rhumerie proporcionan un ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable a sus huéspedes. Toda la estructura es tan decente y agradable que definitivamente satisfará sus sentidos.

Hablando de la comida, es lo mejor que puede conseguir aquí. Si está visitando Camboya y no han probado Georges y Rhumerie entonces está sin duda perdiéndose de algo especial. Tiene un número de variedades en cocina. Definitivamente disfrutará de las bebidas Georges Signature. Simplemente se sienten fuera de este mundo y se sienten muy refrescantes y frescas. "Green Mango Diffuser" y "Rock Paper Mojito" fueron mis favoritas y recomiendo encarecidamente a otros también. Los sabores del coco, mango y la menta estaban tan bien mezclados y balanceados con la combinación del limón, chile verde y agua mineral que definitivamente los volverá locos. No solo las bebidas de firma eran buenas si no que las entradas también lo eran… debo decir que todo lo que probé estaba bien hecho.

Cajun Restaurant in Siem Reap

Definite Must Visit In Siem Reap! Wonderful & Joyful Experience !

I had a strong desire to taste the gourmet food a fusion of French,Cajun,Creole & Khemar & booked the Georges rhumerie Restaurant much before my arrival for a long visit to the temple town of Siem Reap & i was not disappointed ! The Restaurant has a nice breezy outdoor seating with a bar but i preferred to dine inside where i was warmly welcomed.The room had a good ambience with with Xmas trees decorations much before the advent of the festival.

Stephen came & added some helpful suggestions to my choice of menu.My main reason for coming here was to drink my fave Rum & Stephen offerred me 14 different kinds of infused flavours from homemade coconut,coffee,.mango,passion fruit,lemon,pineapple,tamaind,cinnammon & my faves which i selected to drink the local Kafir & ginger rum.Great in every sense !

For starters i had cheese bread with six flavours followed by Dory with tomato sauce chicken with Cambodian pepper,tasty chutneys & sauces, all in big portions & tasty.I finished off my lovely evening with the dessert of caramel samosas over ricotta ice cream-delicious!The prices are fair & reasonable for the wonderful taste & ambience of the surroundings for which i would have paid double the price ! The best meal that i had in Cambodia !I will definitely visit this Restaurant for Stephen`s wonderful hospitabilty & innovotive delicious dishes !

In the meanwhile i spoke to Stephen & his family`s reunion island origins & how this has experimented with this Creole food & Rum to suit his Cambodian & international customers & he does definitely succeed marvellously ! Stephan is very friendly always going out of the way to please the customers & this attitude has seeped in to the staff who follow his example.He saw me off & when he found that my tuk tuk who was hired by me for the return also had gone off he offerred his own tuk tuk & when i got off at my destination the driver refused to take the fare inspite my best efforts !
